Winter Drills & Skills:
Sundays @ Titan 5:00-6:30pm. November 20th-January 22nd.
Total Cost: $325 (7 sessions)
Beginner (all ages just starting the sport of volleyball)
The beginner skills and drills program is designed to teach volleyball to athletes just staring the sport of volleyball. The focus is on fundamentals and learning the basics of game play.
Intermediate (ages 11-13)
The intermediate skills and drills program is focused on teaching more advanced technique to players wanting to improve on basic and intermediate skills in an environment focused on maximizing reps and learning.
Advanced (ages 14 and up)
The advanced program is for older players wanting to take their game to the next level. Players will be learning advanced technique in a fast paced environment while maximizing learning through a high number of technical reps.
Mini Volleyball Academy
Ages 6-11
The Mini Volleyball program is designed to teach youth the skills and basics of indoor volleyball in a fun and fast paced environment. The goal is to maximize reps for each athlete while teaching proper fundamentals and instill a true love for the game.

Oklahoma Nation Beach Volleyball
Oklahoma Nation Beach is Tulsa's premier sand volleyball club for ages 11-18. OK Nation has partnered with top coaches around the Tulsa area to bring Oklahoma a premier sand volleyball club to grow the sport and compete at the local and national levels. We provide year around training for youth and elite athletes from expert coaches in a fun and competitive environment. With an incredible beach volleyball coaching staff, Oklahoma Nation is excited to train athletes to excel in the sand and to improve their indoor game as well.
Summer Programs
Oklahoma Nation Elite Sand Program
The OK Nation Elite Sand program is for the older (14’s-18’s) competitive players and teams that will be training with OK Nation top coaches and will compete in tournaments that they select. Player and team placement at this level must be approved by the OK Nation coaching staff.
Practices for the Elite Level will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings with a total program cost of $775. This cost includes 27 training hours by OK Nation top coaches as well as two OK Nation Beach uniform tanks and court rental.
Oklahoma Nation Advanced Sand Program
The OK Nation Advanced sand program is for all athletes wanting to practice and train as an individual or as a team with top coaches and can compete in tournaments that they select. This level will focus on the technique, skill and strategy of sand volleyball in a fast paced, competitive and fun environment.
Practices for the Advanced level will be held on Friday evenings in May and on Tuesday and Thursday mornings/evenings in June and July depending on player schedules. The Advanced Sand program will have a total program cost of $650. This cost includes 27 training hours by OK Nation coaches as well as one OK Nation Beach uniform tank
Oklahoma Nation Junior Sand Program
The OK Nation Junior Sand volleyball program is for players ages 11-14 that want to learn and excel in sand volleyball and want to practice 1x a week. The cost for the OK Nation Junior Sand program is $350 and includes 13.5 hours of training and an OK Nation Beach Volleyball Tank.
Speed & Vertical Program - $225
1 Hour of training a week focused on high intensity speed, agility and vertical training specific to volleyball.
